Polypanel project in Johnstown, Kildare
The owners of this newly developed property on the outskirts of Naas, Co. Kildare decided to install Polypanel by Polytherm as they had little space for a floor heating system as their finished slab had been poured and the builder did not wish to interfere with the timber joists in place at first floor level.
The Polypanel system solved the problem. With only a 12mm build up the Polypanel system could be accommodated in this 345 Sq. Meter House.

Time is money - many construction projects typify such a motto. Wooden frame Homes are increasingly popular in house construction because of their short construction times. In order to make use of this "time-saver" feature, architects, planners, and developers increasingly look to floor-heating systems in dry constructional styles, such as Polypanel from Polytherm..
Polypanel also applies to conventional first floors where joists are the floor construction type. As you no longer have to carry screed or cement through the house or notch joists the structural integrity of the floor joists remain intact.
